Thanks to my supporters
Thanks to everyone for supporting me and helping me go to the Junior Cycling World Championships

It's exciting to be on my way to Moscow and the journey I've been on to get there.  I did feel a bit pressured to make the team and although I felt confident I also wondered ‘What if I don’t make it’ .  Big expectation has come from other people so when I found out I made the team I felt relieved.

In preparing to go to my first National Training Camp in Adelaide I had the idea that the training camp would help get me into peek condition but then I realised I couldn’t slack off and wait for camp I had to just continue to train hard at home with my coaches and keep my fitness up.  Camp was a great opportunity to meet the support team and the atmosphere of being around professionals that are wanting to help me achieve my goals was really good.

The bonfire fundraiser was a great night with over $2000 raised to help with the cost of getting to Moscow.  Thanks to everyone who came it was great to see so many people there.

We are now running a raffle with prizes that have been generously donated. 1st Prize - Giant Upland SE Mountain Bike, donated by Derrico Cycles Devonport.  Tickets are $2 each and available from Renaissance Hair and Body in Burnie or Streamline in Devonport.
